Customers have mixed opinions about comfort, with some praising its coziness while others find it too firm and hard. The product is praised for its cute and modern design, but customers report significant issues with quality, citing cheap materials, defects, and lack of sturdiness. Assembly is noted as difficult due to unclear instructions and missing pre-drilled holes, and many reviewers feel the size is too small for adults.
