Customers praise the product for its striking color, top-tier quality, and comfortable design, noting that it adds character to any room. The appearance is frequently described as gorgeous and even better in person. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the texture, with one reviewer finding it to be like a "curly teddy bear" and another noting a scratch on the velvet. Additionally, the top of the backrest is mentioned as not being padded or comfortable.
