Customers find the product visually appealing, with many appreciating its appearance and off-white color that blends well with walls. The plug-in installation is frequently highlighted as a positive, with clear instructions and no need for an electrician. The packaging is also noted as secure and protective. However, some customers express dissatisfaction with the thick, black cord, finding it bulky and aesthetically unpleasing.
