Customers consistently praise the product for its exceptional comfort and softness, with many describing it as sleeping on clouds. The quality is frequently highlighted as excellent, especially considering the value it provides. However, a significant number of reviews express disappointment regarding the product's thickness, noting it does not reach the advertised 4 inches and is often closer to 1-2 inches.
