Customers find the product to be comfortable and soft, with many appreciating the ability to customize firmness by stuffing it themselves. The colors are generally well-received and true to online images. However, a significant number of customers express disappointment with the size, finding it smaller than expected and more suitable for children. There are also mixed opinions on value, with some feeling it is a good deal for the price, while others believe it is overpriced, especially considering the need to assemble the pillow by stuffing it.
