I am so disappointed with Wayfair! I must be stuck with 2 of these lamps now that Wayfair tells me the problem I’m having “usually” means the harp is not inserted properly. No matter what I tell them, and even after I requested a new finial to replace the cheap stripped out one that came with the lamp, Wayfair just keeps giving the same the reason for why the lamps will not sit level. If zero stars were an option that’s what I’d give for these 2 lamps that I’m embarrassed to have in my house!!! I have bought thousands of $$$ worth of items from Wayfair but this time is unforgivable!
