Was concerned when I saw the box, but the small box inside the opened box was not damaged. The shade came rolled as a scroll. It comes with everything but AA batteries. It has several settings on the remote. There is also a foot switch. Easy to install. Love the look!

This floor lamp is just what I needed to add extra lighting to my front room. It is very sturdy. I like that it has a solid base, so there is no wobbling. The gold color is muted, which I also like. It doesnt have that overly brassy color. I like that there are settings for computer lighting, reading, and a nightlight. The remote is wonderful. You can control dimming and light settings easily. There is also a 1 hour timer, which comes in handy. I wanted a light with versatile settings and a clean look for this room and I got it!
