Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of this product, with many finding it to be a beautiful and lovely replacement for existing shades. The product generally arrives in excellent condition, meeting expectations based on online descriptions. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some describing it as a shiny silvery charcoal hue that appears lighter when illuminated, while others note it looks more light gray.
