Love it! In my entry hall. Perfect for my touch of whimsy decor.

Very nice quality! Arrived in perfect condition. The harp is a little taller than it should be and so exposes the socket on one side, but that's a minor issue. I'm very happy with this purchase.

PERFECT! Exceeded expectations!

Very whimsical and sweet but there was black tape peeling off at the shade. Both lamp and shade are well packaged but I think when pushed into the box and styrofoam opening the shade was damaged by whomever packed it. I tried touching it up and turning the repaired side towards the wall.

After I assembled the lamp it would turn on when I plugged it in so I tried another outlet acroos the room. When I turned on the lamp, after plugging it into the second outlet, sparks and smoke shot out of the outlet and the cord got hot. It's hard to see in the photo but the prongs on the plug are scorched and almost look melted.

If you are looking for a whimsical lamp the Intellectual Monkey is for you. It's a decorative, fun accent piece. I put on my desk, just looking at it makes me smile. This isn't a reading lamp, it's small so it doesn't give a lot of light. I wanted this lamp for a very long time but hesitated to purchase it. I'm so pleased that I did because it's worth the money. So as my mother used to say buy it you deserve it.

This little guy is just the cutest! I haven’t decided exactly where he’ll go yet, but it will definitely be somewhere in my reading nook. The tassels aren’t fabric, they’re plastic, just an FYI. It’d be extra charming if they were, but it’s nevertheless a beautiful lamp! I love it!
