Customers appreciate the product's comfort, stylish appearance, and the variety of colors available. The product is often described as a beautiful and elegant accent piece that is soft and easy to assemble. However, some customers have noted that the color may not always match the online pictures, and some have reported a chemical smell upon arrival.
