Visual Comfort warrants that its products shall be free for one (1) year against any defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship. Visual Comfort shall promptly correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its option, without charge. This warranty covers product defects only and shall expire one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by and resulting from misuse, neglect, accident or improper operation, maintenance, storage, transportation or handling of this product. The warranty does not cover transportation costs for return of the product or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced product or costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product.
