Lamps were nice, but terrible customer service

Beautiful table lamp. Very big and just what I wanted. Only problem I was missing the piece that held the lamp shade on, luckily I had a lamp I no longer wanted and took the part from it

Overall, I really love the lamps. However, one of the lampshades was damaged when I took it out of the box. See attached pictures. Otherwise, they look great on our nightstands in the bedroom. The color is more of a warm cream than a cool, white cream so it didn't work for me. Otherwise the size and ceramic texture were exactly what I was looking for.

Looks great and has held up really well. Very good quality!
