This is such a fun and funky lamp! It came well packaged. I love the texture, ceramic body and the acrylic details on the base and finial. They are definitely pretty added touches that I think make it look special. The height is good as well. I would like to get a second one for my entryway piece.

Dont go by pictures when placing your order! If you want a black base you have to click on the WHITE option, its a glitch within the system. I selected black option going by pics and didnt read description which listed as WHITE. Otherwise I Love love love these eye catching lamps! From the spikey textured, lucite details great quality itll be the center of attention in whichever room. The lamp has nice weight to it, if I had to name a negative, I would hv liked a taller lamp shade.

I am happy with this Tried and True item. It looks great on my bedroom night stand. I was surprised that it was white instead of black as described. However, I still am delighted with it. I did still have to assemble it, despite the description stating no assembly required I use it everyday so it is still a good selection.

I had ordered the black model which is not what I recieved. I think there is a little glitch on the website between the black and white models so look closely at the description. They did try to correct that but sent me another white model. So I guess white it will be. They were very kind and helpful but must not have understood the situation clearly. So I have the white model and as you can see it looks just fine in one of the front rooms. It's a sturdy piece and fairly heavy. I like the texture and funkiness of it. It works well in my city apartment.
