Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, large size, and good overall quality, noting that it looks high-end and elegant while providing warm, cozy lighting. Many highlight the great value and affordable pricing. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, with several noting that the cream base leans heavily yellow and contrasts with the white shade, while others feel the gold hardware appears shiny or cheap.
