Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting it effectively hides shoes and looks like a piece of furniture. Assembly is generally considered easy, with clear instructions. However, some users find the size to be smaller than expected, particularly for larger shoe sizes, requiring shoes to be stored at an angle. Opinions on the door alignment are mixed, with some experiencing issues. The product is functional and a good solution for tidying entryways.
