Nice lamp shade. Frame is much heavier than expected, maybe justifying the higher than expected price. Shade is substantial and is the only commercial shade I have been able to find in over a year of searching. I finally changed search criteria from oval to rectangular and this popped up with dimensions that fit the location I have. I needed a narrow shade to sit on the top of a bookcase headboard. Haven't tried it yet, since the application is in FL and we live in TN.
