Customers find the product's appearance to be beautiful and elegant, with a soft, pleasant light. The string lights are noted for their durability, having withstood harsh weather conditions for some users. However, there are mixed opinions regarding durability, with some experiencing breakage in wind and plastic components detaching. Functionality is also a point of concern, as some units arrived non-working and others lack a convenient on/off button.
