Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, nice quality, and appealing design. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material due to durability concerns, with some noting issues like staining, delicate weaving, and a scratchy texture. Additionally, customers frequently mention that the color features much more brown and beige than expected.
