Customers say

Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting it looks better than pictured and is luxurious. It is frequently described as incredibly soft, plush, and comfortable underfoot, adding coziness to rooms. However, many reviews highlight significant durability issues, with the rug matting down quickly, especially in high-traffic areas, and becoming difficult to vacuum.
