Customers find the product to be beautiful, stylish, and of good quality, with a modern tripod design that elevates the room. The appearance is consistently praised, with the hidden bulb apparatus contributing to a clean look. However, there are recurring issues with inadequate packaging, leading to damaged shades during transit.
