This product is not compatible with smart voice assistant systems such as Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
If the fan does not operate properly after installation, please check the batteries, power connection, and wiring installation. To re-pair the remote and receiver, follow these steps:
Turn off power → Turn power back on → Immediately press and hold the “Fan ON/OFF” or “2H” button on the remote for approximately 10 seconds → A flashing red indicator light confirms successful pairing.
