Ruxley Table Lamp

Features

• Solid metal construction gives the frame real rigidity, so a shade carried out on one arm stays where it is set.
• The L-shaped body reduces the lamp to two lines, which reads as deliberate on a desk that already has a lot happening.
• A small rectangular shade extends out over the surface and pushes light down onto a page rather than toward the reader's eyes.
• The cord switch sits within reach, so there is no feeling around under a shade to find a knob in the dark.
• A shallow footprint fits a narrow nightstand or the back edge of a desk where a round base would not.
