Ascension Table Lamp

Features

• 3-D printed porcelain achieves a continuous, perfectly even flow that hand-building cannot reach, and that precision is what gives the body its character.
• The unbroken vertical movement of the silhouette makes the piece read as sculpture that happens to hold a bulb.
• An optic crystal base catches and refracts light at the bottom, lifting the porcelain so the silhouette does not read as heavy.
• The hardware echoes the clarity of the crystal, tying the fittings into the design instead of leaving them as afterthoughts.
• The tapered shade diffuses light into a soft, even wash and keeps the top of the lamp in proportion to the body.
