Customers appreciate the product for its comfort, compact size, and ease of assembly. Many highlight its appealing colors, smooth rocking and swiveling motions, and convenient heat and massage functions. However, some customers note that the reclining mechanism can be stiff and difficult to close, and mention that the chair is best suited for small or average-sized individuals.
