Customers find the product to be beautiful, with many praising its appearance and accurate representation in photos. The color is frequently described as a perfect neutral beige, and the material is noted as high quality. Reviewers also highlight the product's sturdiness and overall quality, with some stating it looks more expensive than its price. However, some customers have noted that a box spring or additional slats are necessary for proper mattress support, as the provided slats are too far apart.
