Majestic Solar Powered Integrated LED Fence Post Cap Light

Hasn't been a year yet and this light will not work changed batteries but still nothing.

These are very nice lights, exactly as described. I found the price to be a tad higher than I would expect, but that's a minor concern and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars (maybe 4 1/2 stars would be my actual rating). It's worth noting, that these are "accent" lights; they give a nice, subtle light, but nothing like you would get from a wall-mounted flood light. When I first went to mount them on my 5x5 fence posts, it seemed like they would never fit. But after a few minutes of jockeying, they fit over the fence posts nice and snug. The package also contains 2 mounting screws for each light, and the instructions nicely recommended drilling a 5/62" pilot hole for the mounting screws. I really like the lights, and will probably order a few more when I add some fencing to my yard in the future. Update 1/18/2025: These are nice lights, but they don't seem to stand the test of time. Mine stopped working a couple of months ago, after being installed May 2023 (about a year and a half). I took the caps off of the post, and recharged the supplied batteries. The lights came on for one evening, but were very dim. The next day, I bought and installed brand-new rechargeable AA batteries (made sure they were fully charged); the lights did not illuminate at all. I replaced with the original batteries after again ensuring full charge, the lights again did not illuminate at all. I see now that the lights are being sold for about $30, as compared to the $42 I paid originally. So I'm wondering whether it's a fool's errand to repurchase a product that I sort of consider to be "junk", but that seems to be a good deal assuming that they out-perform the original pair that I purchased.

After much research I selected these post caps. They did not disappoint. They are made of sturdy plastic, batteries included. Also I love the tan color, it was almost a perfect match. Easy to install. Highly recommend and you can’t beat the price.

I "Love" the fence light post caps!! The Solar Low Voltage Solar Powered Integrated LED Fence Post Cap Lights are made sturdy, stylish and regal. I initially purchased three lights to see if I like them. I was very impressed with the quality and the brightness of the light fixture.

So far we’re very happy with our purchase. It lights up my path enough for what I need. Nice looking too!
