Customers praise the product's elegant appearance and substantial quality, noting they look expensive and are a great height. The size is also appreciated, as the lamps are substantial without taking up too much space. However, some customers have experienced issues with assembly, finding that parts do not align properly, leading to crooked lamps. There are also mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding it different from what was expected.
