Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of this product, noting its suitability for themed rooms and its perfect size for limited spaces. The design is also praised, particularly the unique "flame" feature. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color, with multiple reviews indicating it is much darker and duller in person than depicted in online images, leading to disappointment.
