Customers frequently praise the product's beautiful appearance and elegant style, noting its classic and simple design. The quality is generally considered good, with many appreciating its substantial feel. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding the shade to be an oatmeal or beige linen rather than pure white as depicted in some images, and others noting the brass finish is softer than expected.
