Customers praise the product for its attractive appearance, providing plenty of light and fitting well in small spaces. The finish is also well-received for its subtle, classy look that matches various bathroom accessories. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, with some finding the gold tone perfect while others feel it is too bright compared to the online images. Additionally, there are concerns about the glass being brittle and prone to chipping.
