Plug-in Swing Arm Sconce

These lamps fit the bill. We attached them to a wood wall headboard and they look really nice. They are a tad blinding when pointed right at your face, but just angle them and it is fine. I love that they glide up against the wall to tuck out of the way. Installation was fairly painless - my husband hardwired them, which does leave a little black hole at the bottom of the back piece, but people are too busy checking out the cool lights to even notice that!

(We are still in the middle of construction) The light is perfect to angle the light exactly where we need it.

Looks nice. Easy to install (plug, not hardwired). It is not dimmable, just off on. Could put in a smart bulb to solve it if I cared.

Easy to turn on and off, directs light right where we need it. We can each read in bed while other is sleeping!
