Customers consistently praise the product's quality and appearance, noting its attractive look and well-made construction. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color accuracy, with some finding it differs from expectations. The material is also a point of contention; while some appreciate its thickness and texture, others find it rough and stiff. Despite these mixed sentiments on material and color, many customers find the product comfortable.
