Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and style, noting it complements various decors. Many find the size to be perfect for their needs. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding it does not match the advertised "antique black" and appears more beige or taupe. Quality is generally viewed positively, with customers highlighting good craftsmanship for the price. Conversely, some reviews mention issues with damaged items upon arrival, poor quality control, and parts not being well-drilled or aligned, leading to a crooked shade.
