The siphon coffee brewing phenomenon is a centuries old method of extracting full spectrum flavor from the coffee beans. This coffee brewing method uses a unique combination of steam, vapor, precise temperature control, full immersion and low-pressure extraction to produce a rich, robust cup of coffee. Until now, the science behind this brewing method has required hands-on, labor-intensive skill, patience and attention to detail to perfect this technique. At restaurants, a siphon brewed coffee often costs 3 to 5 times that of traditional cup of coffee.

Bring the theater of café-style brewing into your home with this vintage silver siphon coffee maker. Using a unique balance siphon method and vacuum technology, it delivers a rich, flavorful cup in less time—while the clear glass chambers let you watch the mesmerizing brewing process unfold. The brewing method known as "sand coffee" or "sand-brewed coffee" originated in the Middle East. In this method, sand acts as a heat conductor, ensuring even and controlled heat for the coffee pot. The coffee pot's slower and more precise heating leads to a more flavorful and aromatic brew. Additionally, it presents a traditional and visually appealing display, as the coffee pot is partially immersed in the sand during the brewing process. Set contains: 2 coffee pots, 1 hearth with sand, 1 coffee spoon, 1 sand trowel Coffee pot - 6 fl oz (180 ml) Material: brass, copper, wood, sand
