Although the runner is cute and just what I needed, it was listed as a set of 12 and only received one item. I called Customer Service and the Representative agreed that the order should have been a set of 12. He ordered it again for me and a week later the package arrived with one more runner. I called again and the order has been placed a third time. I have no doubt it will be a single runner once again. The last Customer Rep said they would send an email to the company but I have not received any feedback as of yet.. Anonymous. Mon Jan 26 2026
