This cheese board is a traditional slate board paired with a natural rope tie on the handle.

Impress your special dinner guests with this cheese board and platter. It adds a nice flair while contrasting beautifully with food. Constructed from natural slate, it has a natural rough edge and a textured slate surface adds tabletop flair to rustic farmhouse homes, weddings, and events. Write directly on the natural slate surface to label cheese, charcuterie or appetizers, and wipe clean with a wet cloth when finished. It comes with pre-installed rubber feet to prevent sliding and scratching your tabletop surfaces.

Hosting wine and cheese nights has never been easier with this board at your side! Its streamlined silhouette pairs well with contemporary kitchen styles, while the included knife makes it easy for you to serve up your favorite selections. The marble base pairs with a curved polished nickel handle for a contrasting look that’s sure to grab glances. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, so you can go from dinner to cleanup in a snap.

This is very nice. the handles do cut into the space available of the platter but i love marble. I did end up having to put a sealer on it because I had used it as a cheese plate and pate and it left an oil stain on the it that wouldn't come out with soap (got it out with a water + baking soda paste). Haven't tested it since.. Monica. Playa Vista, CA. Fri Feb 02 2018

GREAT!! Wayfair never disappoints!!!. Linda. Carlsbad, CA. Thu Sep 17 2020

Give your own guests a chance to rave about your entertainment by laying out your Brie and crackers, artisanal cheddar's, or store-bought cheese sampler out on this slate and pine cheese paddle. Good for fruits, cheeses, and other all-natural snacks, the slate underneath your spread of delicacies provides you with a built-in backdrop that blends with all sorts of party themes, special occasions, and home décor.

Would probably have been very happy with this item, but received it shattered into three pieces, with shards of slate all throughout the parcel! It was so poorly packaged that I opted to not receive a replacement! I know Wayfair will take good care of me, but I was really disappointed!. Debbie. Pierrefonds, QC. Mon Jul 31 2017

Whether serving hors d'oeuvres during your next dinner party or simply indulging in a cheese platter for one (we're not judging), cheese boards are a must-have for your kitchenware collection. Take this one for example: Crafted from 100% marble, it strikes a rectangular silhouette and sports an oval-shaped cutout handle for easy handling when moving from the kitchen to the serving table during your next soiree. When it's time for a refresh, we suggest handwashing this product only.

This is a beautiful cheese board. I wished I had gotten the largest one, however, it really is a very well made cheese board. I originally wanted a round one but this actually works quite well . I can put three good chunks of good cheese on this board and it looks awesome. This board also arrived in one piece ... If this company made a large round board I would buy it in a heartbeat. Heavy and of good quality.. Lynn. Old Lyme, CT. Fri Jan 18 2019
