This is a great toaster, but I give it 4 stars because it emanates an awful chemical smell when you first turn it on. And continues to do so for 3 more cycles. I suggest for the first time you turn it on, do it outside and turn it on the highest setting. The smell is so strong it will fill the entire room with chemicals. Being that this is made in China. I'm sure those chemicals are lethal.. Jorge. Miami, FL. Mon Apr 07 2025

So far so good! We have had it a week or so. Only used it a handful of times.
