This is the first time I own real cutlery. The difference between a regular set and this one is incredible. They are elegant yet, you can use them with modern or traditional china. The knife cuts any meat like if it was cutting butter. They are heavier than regular sets, which is really nice as you do not hVe to apply too much force when using them. The quality of the stainless steel is magnificent. I absolutely love them!. Maria. Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Fri Jun 21 2019
