Everything has been Meraviglioso!! The plate sets match my lava stone table that I bought in Italy and had shipped to me! Color was perfect, they feel sturdy. I read a few reviews that said they had some chipping of their plates. I have had stoneware before and I feel these should not easily chip unless of course they are dropped or not handled with care. Just use caution. I like the lip on the plates, shape and size of bowls. The cups are great size for coffee, definitely not a small cup! I would give these 10 stars if I could! Love them and color!!. This is a really beautiful set. After buying 4 place settings and trying them out, I bought 8 more place settings. The finish is beautiful and I love the lip around the edge of the plates. I absolutely love love love these.The design on them is really nice.They are made good and lightweight thats what Ive been looking for. I do in home care and a few of my clients have Arthritis so they need light stuff to hold when they eats and drink.They absolutely love these light weight dinnerware. The food fits perfect on the dinner plates .The bowls are great for soup,cereal and oatmeal and so much more. They are dishwasher safe so that is a big plus for me.
