Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. It worked great. The filters prevented the coffee grounds from going into my cup. It made my cup of coffee in under 5 min.
