Possible malfunction I was able to make sweet bread, and the house smell amazing. Really simple… just dump the ingredients according to instructions and press start. This bread maker has many different optionspresets for bread types, loaf weight, and loaf color. I was excited to find it had a gluten free preset. It’s been 10 years since I’ve attempted gluten free bread in a bread maker and this product handled gluten free much better than the one I used years ago. My only concern is the hinge connection for the lid - the metal at the hinge seems to bend with the weight of the lid when the lid is open which might cause issues in the future.
