Making homemade baked goods just got easier. The Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer effortlessly mixes ingredients for every baking recipe from thick batters for cake and cupcakes to dense bread doughs and more. Go from slowly folding in ingredients to whipping at top speed. The stand mixer has 7 speeds and a mixing guide that helps you choose the right speed for the job. The slow first speed is great for kneading bread and reducing splatter when adding dry ingredients to wet ingredients. High speed perfectly whips cream or meringue. The stand mixer's planetary mixing action rotates the beaters around the sides of the included 4 quart stainless steel bowl so you don't have to scrape the sides. It has the same rotating mixing action as KitchenAid® stand mixers.* The mixer performs better than two-beater stand mixers and features the tilt-back head design for easy access to the bowl to add ingredients. The tilting action also makes it easy to quickly change attachments. The stand mixer comes with the 4 quart stainless steel bowl with handles, splash guard, dough hook, whisk and flat beater that are all dishwasher safe. The built-in mixer handle makes it easy to lift, move and store.

For the price I paid I cannot complain. However I have been using a 25 year old KA mixer baking Christmas cookies with friends. The quality on the older model was much better… as they say, they don’t build ‘em like they used to! Mostly notice the difference in quality of the bowl (no handle! what) and the attachments.. Love this little piece for quick mixing jobs that don’t require my large mixer! The tools are little tricky getting into the right setting spot, and had to get used to trying not to make a mess with flying liquid, but it works well.. Melody. Mechanicsburg, PA. Thu Sep 24 2026

Lightweight and it has the perfect storage bin attached to it that holds the different mixers.. Adra. Cordova, TN. Fri Sep 25 2026

Manual dough stirring is easy to cause uneven mixing with low efficiency, and it is very labor-intensive. This dough-kneading machine is your ideal choice. It has a large capacity of 169.09Oz and is equipped with a powerful DC pure copper motor (200W) and ferment function. With this product, you don't have to struggle to knead or mix the dough, thus freeing your hands. It will be a great addition to your kitchen and is suitable for commercial use.

Update: It's been almost a year and a half of regular use. I make 2-4 loaves of bread a week and this unit has been amazing! My only complaint is that liquid can get under the dough hook and seep into the main housing, though a very little amount. That area can be tough to clean properly. I'm concerned that it could ruin the unit eventually but I love it so much, I'll just purchase another. No regrets! Been using for several months now, twice a week and it still works great. One of the best kitchen purchases I've made.. Michael. Sun Nov 01 2026

Love it! It’s lightweight, easy to use and the color is beautiful!. Christina. WI. Mon Oct 19 2026

The control panel is embellished with a backlit LED display with an indication of speed and time of use: a perfectly user-friendly interface that disappears when the product is turned off, showing the chrome of the handle in all its elegance. Two function keys allow you to select up to nine-speed levels for mixing, whipping, and activating the Turbo function. The HMF01 electric hand mixer is suitable for numerous sweet and savory preparations: It is equipped with three different types of stainless steel whisks to guarantee the best results in the processing of each dough. Two wire whisks, for more airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces, or egg whites; two Optimus whisks, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases; two dough hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread. At the end of the use or during processing, non-slip feet let you rest the mixer, ensuring ease of use. In addition to that, the personalized fabric case allows you to store the included accessories without neglecting aesthetic pleasure.

I'm always baking, and I love this brand. You can tell, just by holding it, how well-made and durable each piece in this line is. The retro design is so cute and classy! It's worth every penny to buy an Italian-designed and made appliance. It's truly an heirloom piece that I'll pass down to my daughter one day.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 02 2026

The KitchenAid® Artisan Plus Stand Mixer is built to handle a wide range of mixing tasks with precision and consistency, making it a reliable foundation for everyday cooking and baking. Designed to thoroughly incorporate ingredients, the beater reaches at least 59 touchpoints around the bowl, helping ensure even mixing whether you’re working with thick doughs or heavier batters. With 11 preset speeds and Precision Speed Control, you can quickly select a setting or smoothly transition between speeds to match the needs of each recipe. An integrated light automatically illuminates the bowl when the mixer is in use, while features like Soft Start help reduce splatter by gradually increasing speed. The included double flex edge beater continuously scrapes the sides of the bowl as it mixes, minimizing the need to stop and manually scrape ingredients. A full set of durable, stainless-steel accessories—including a precision-welded bowl, dough hook, wire whisk, and flat beater—supports a variety of techniques, from kneading to whipping. For more delicate recipes, a ½ fold speed allows you to gently combine ingredients without deflating them. Compatible with additional attachments sold separately, it offers room to expand into new recipes and techniques over time.

Purchased for myself during the Mother’s Day sale & I am SO glad I did! New features I love are: the bowl light-just a game changer! The half speed-the flour sifting attachment never looked so seductive & there is zero mess, even without the spatter cover. Speaking of which-I love how it now grips the bowl! It used to slide to the sides constantly & now you can hold the bowl upside down & it won’t come off. And the bowl! The handle is much more comfortable & sturdy, the brushed finish looks impressive & cleaner-the shiny silver showed every water mark & finger print. I was worried the stand mixer would be hard to clean in the Cast Iron finish but it’s just the opposite! My old Matte Black Artisan showed finger prints & oil much more easily! It doesn’t seem lighter than my regular Artisan was, & it’s still pretty loud all the way up, due to the more powerful motor. Also the cord isn’t very long but now comes with a cord keeper band-a nice touch. The new attachments are heavier duty, easier to clean & work well. The bowl cover (sold separately) fits this bowl also. I can’t wait to try the new 3-in-1 pasta attachment! 10/10! Well done, KitchenAid! Go ahead & get it-you deserve it!. Compulsive1.
