So I make egg bites in the oven using cupcake molds and they come out very light and fluffy but it is a lot of work having to empty the oven heat it up cook and put stuff back in the over after so I decided to buy this because it looks super easy to use. it is very easy to use you take two of the little holders fill them with water and put water on the plate and then fill the holders with your egg mix and close it and you’re supposed to leave them till the water is evaporated. It works great it’s very easy. My only complaint is the egg bites are not light and fluffy like they are in the oven and I think that’s because they’re steamed I’ve put a picture of one after it’s been refrigerated And it’s definitely different than in the oven but the egg maker itself works great. I just need to get used to the difference between the oven and then steaming them more or less with this egg bite maker. This does make it so much easier to make breakfast in the morning as opposed to the night before when I use the oven. The cleanup is a breeze, and it is definitely much easier than the oven.. Martha.
