Item directions were pretty easy to understand and apply. We love the outcome of the drawer and it has been functionally great and works as the description says. The only watch out here was that with the soft close and lining up with the cabinet opening: before you start drilling, line it up for how you want the cabinet door to sit when closed. While the depth was spot on, we ended up needing to redo it, to make sure the feature was actually used vs just having it close like a normal door. I think the directions could be clearer there but it did not ruin the experience and only added 5 more minutes. Overall, we are getting a few other models as well as we do our other cabinets and love the brand.. Jacob. Sun Jan 14 2024

Good quality drawer and slides. So much more storage in lower cabinets.. Gary. Bonaire, GA. Sun Nov 19 2023

These single pullout baskets are not like any other basket. Many other baskets have very thin wires and bend easily under the stress. Fully assembled and simple 4 screw installation. Finish the look off by adding the optional door mount kit.

Love this shelf, it’s super sturdy and was easy to install. (I am moderately skilled in carpentry and found it very easy). It glides in and out easily and stores lots of my larger items I don’t want on the counter everyday. Would recommend a thicker shelf liner to go on the bottom to keep things from falling between the cracks. Overall would 100 recommend. Again, it’s very sturdy, not like some real flimsy shelf attachment.. Amanda. Cleveland, GA. Tue Aug 30 2022
