A parade of real and imaginary butterflies flying over the pieces, with notable three-dimensional effects. One of the four decorations of the Vista Alegre Christian Lacroix collection that represents the "mix and match" of the Christian Lacroix brand, allowing the sophisticated mixing of styles and shapes. Dinner set and decorative pieces with handmade details in gold and platinum. Lush and rich, the Butterfly Parade allows you to "mix and match" with the Vista Alegre Christian Lacroix decorations. A collection that is luxurious and bold, fun and exquisite, blending the iconic elements of both brands.

The collection is defined by its use of elegant contrast. Subdued lines encircle one another while bold reflective metallic elements frame each piece while simultaneously framing your most beautiful dishes.

I love modern art and this design fits my personality and decor perfectly! The bone china is exquisite and as a home chef, I wanted a solid white, yet elegant backdrop for the food I serve my guests. I don’t like doing dishes, so my new pattern had to be dishwasher safe, as well as be able to be used in the microwave. The product description says that “Orbit” was safe for both. However, when I put a bowl in the microwave to warm some leftovers, the metal around the rim started sparking and almost caught fire. When I immediately took it out, it was so hot that I burned the inside of my thumb! I would have easily given this set 5 stars, had this not happened. Wayfair and one other retailer are the only ones who list this set as “dishwasher and microwave safe.” The manufacturer and all others state that because of the metal trim, it is only “dishwasher and warm oven” safe. I still LOVE this set even though we’ve had to make adjustments when warning food. I just hope that Wayfair changes this pattern’s product description, so that others don’t have the same unfortunate experience that I did. dishwasher sStillStil. Angela. Inglewood, CA. is there some reason why the description of the 12 piece set doesn't actually say what the pieces are? Yes, it looks like 4 dinner plates, 4 luncheon plates, and 4 rimmed soup bowls, but couldn't that be mentioned in the description just for the sake of clarity? I ordered the set, and have received them, and that's what they are, but I felt like I was taking a chance when I ordered the set. Thanks. PS, why does the required information ask how often I use this? I never use it. It's a gift. Why isn't "gift" a choice, especially when these are often ordered as wedding gifts?. Scooby 01. Boston. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Noritake Austin Platinum dinnerware set for both everyday meals and a few family get-togethers, and it strikes a nice balance between classic and modern. The platinum trim adds just enough elegance without making the pieces feel too fancy to use regularly. The plates have a good weight to them-substantial but not heavy-and the smooth finish makes them look polished on the table. I also like how the neutral design works with different placemats and seasonal décor. Even after repeated use, the set still looks crisp and refined. It's the kind of dinnerware that quietly elevates any meal.. Alyssad. Wed Oct 14 2026
