All of the separate parts make it difficult to assemble and to store. I thought it would be more compact. I probably won’t use it as much as I thought, but it’s nice to have in case I’d like to.. Anonymous. US. Sun Aug 09 2026

Make fast work of chopping a wide variety of vegetables with this clever, compact design. To start, cut vegetables into large pieces, approximately 6 cm square. Remove the top cup from the base and place a vegetable piece on the base unit. Slide the top cup back onto the unit using the guide arms and push it down. The sharp, stainless-steel blades easily slice through the veg, and the chopped pieces are neatly collected in the cup. Depending on the vegetable, you can empty the cup or continue chopping more pieces until the cup is full. It's perfect for quickly chopping onions or for making chips or sticks from potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. After use, the product dismantles for easy cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to can, but the cutting and chopping of vegetables took too long. This mandoline makes quick work of cutting vegetables, and it is very uniform. I have already saved hours of work. It is also very safe compared to other mandolines I have worked with. I have used it for cucumbers, daikon, carrots, and now for julienne used in kimchi. If I could give it higher than 5 stars, I would. I recommend every foodie to buy this tool. You will not regret it.. Purlygirl. Mon Oct 12 2026
