Don't go to all the trouble of weaving a lattice pie top. It's so easy to cut a beautiful lattice pie top with a pie top cutter. A reversible cutter makes a beautiful ornate lattice weave on one side and hearts on the other. Dress up your pies for family dinners, bake sales, or just a little something different. To use, simply roll out your top crust dough, lay dough on the cutter, then roll your rolling pin across the dough, and the pattern of cut-outs is made.

If you plan of torching anything, I highly recommend buying this product. My family loves creme burlee and we have used it on countless occasions. I have to make it a little bit thicker the next time so it will not be as runny. I was trying to simply make dots, and it was a little bit too thin, and the other photo was a little melted chocolate slightly drizzled I will upload more photos when I play with this more, but it certainly worth the money and Ill probably be using this more for savory than for sweet.
