Brikka is the only coffee maker capable of dispensing a creamy espresso, so you can enjoy a coffee just like at an Italian café. The new technology with silicone membrane, combined with the characteristics of the moka, ensures results similar to the real Italian espresso coffee: full-bodied, intense and with lasting creaminess. Brikka also has the exclusive patented Bialetti safety valve, which can be easily inspected and is easy to clean. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip the product. Like all products of the Bialetti Group, it is the iconic Man with the moustache that makes it unique, both in its aesthetics and in the high performance of the product.

A revolutionary and modern espresso machine that combines the coffee-perfecting technology developed by illycaffè and the design experience of Alessi. Designed by architectural visionary Michele de Lucchi, the Pulcina Espresso Coffee Maker encapsulates a small but substantial design innovation that stops dispensing the drink at the right time before the coffee gets a bitter aftertaste. This helps to enhance the full and rich aroma of your espresso. The spout, which recalls a chick's beak (hence the name of the coffee maker - "Pulcina " = "chick") allows it to perfectly stop the drop. The Alessi Pulcina is an inventive evolution of the traditional coffee pot.
