The secret to beautiful and flavorful roasts and grilling meats, served moist and golden brown, is basting.

Compared to the straight spatula, angled spatula is a little more flexible so that you can control it better. Compared to other flimsy blades, U-Taste uses thicken blades which is more sturdy and durable and will not bend easily. Blades are made of stiff stainless steel and you won't have to worry about rust or discoloration over time. The plastic handle will not fade even washed in the dishwasher and it will not split. A great size range to make cupcakes as well as larger cakes. Stir ingredients in a saute pan and mix a sauce. Remove pizzelles off of the pizzelle cookie griddle. So helpful for frosting & lifting baked goods from pan. Use it for flipping eggs, crepes, burgers or fish on the stove. With the sturdy blade, you can use it to cut cakes, curds, butter, cheesecakes. You can use the mini icing spatula for getting condiments or peanut butter out of jar. Its oversized head is 4 inches wide and slides completely under big pancakes, whole fish fillets, oversized omelets, and full-size burgers in a single motion. The flexible nylon bends just enough to wiggle its tapered edge between the pan and your food. That gentle edge reduces broken yolks, torn fish, and folded pancakes. A honeycomb pattern on the back of the head adds grip and keeps the head rigid, so it does not warp under heavier foods. The brushed stainless steel handle gives a stable, comfortable grip and keeps your hand away from stovetop heat. The turner measures 13.75 inches long and is heat resistant to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The original name is “6-piece nylon assorted kitchen utensil set” (with wood-looking handles). NOW the name changed to “marble finish cooking utensil set” (after I complained that what I was sent did not match the picture on their website). Now, all-of-a-sudden, it’s sold out.
