The Tovolo Whisk Set of 5 gives you a specialized stainless steel whisk for every job, so you never have to make one tool do everything. The 6 inch mini whisk fits narrow cups and mugs for frothing coffee, blending matcha, or beating a single egg. A 9 inch beat whisk with springy tines handles everyday mixing, from vinaigrettes to pancake batter. The 10 inch flat sauce whisk has concentric-loop wires that hug the pan bottom for smooth, lump-free gravy and roux. An 11 inch balloon whip whisk pulls maximum air into cream and egg whites. The 12 inch Danish dough whisk cuts through bread dough and heavy batter without clogging. Sturdy stainless steel wires resist bending and hold their shape, and the whole set is dishwasher safe.
